We offer a wide range of sizes from small to 5XL. A size chart is available for most of our products, especially shirt and pants, with measurements included in cm. Please note that sizes in products may vary, as some products may have fewer sizes while others have a wider range of sizes.

If you're looking for a specific product, head over to the "Collections" tab where you'll find multiple sections of products including "Blazers", "Shirts", and "Pants". There's also a "Men's" and "Women's" section for gender-based preferences.

Yes, there is a men's and women's section. It can be found in the "Collections" tab, where you'll find collections named "Men's" and "Women's".

For most countries, it takes 1-2 weeks (7-14) days to ship a product. However, this duration may vary based on the customer's location and the items they order, as some items may ship faster or slower than others.

Once you make your order, you'll receive a confirmation from us via email. After we process your order with the supplier, you'll receive regular updates regarding your order's status, including when it ships and when it's on the way. On the day of delivery, you'll be notified that your order is out for delivery and be informed when it arrives at your address.

We offer various payment gateways from Shopify Payments. This includes Shop Pay, Visa, MasterCard, American Express and other payment methods.

We offer PayPal as another payment method, which can be seen on the checkout screen. If you do not have a PayPal account, you can still directly pay with a credit or debit card using PayPal, with an option to create an account.

Yes, your payment information is secured. We use Security Sockets Layer (SSL) encryption to make sure your payments are secured. We ensure that your payment information is stored privately and safely and is not shared with any third-parties. 

We have a 24/7 chatbot available in our store for any customer questions and concerns. However, if the chatbot is unable to answer your question, it will be passed on to our team to contact you regarding your inquiry. Our team will make sure you get a detailed and effective solution to address your concerns.

Information we directly collect from you based on what you submit to us:

  • Order information including your name, billing address, shipping address, payment confirmation, email address, phone number.
  • Account information including your username, password, security questions.
  • Shopping information including the items you view, put in your cart or add to your wishlist.

We highly recommend that you do not share your username, password, or other access details with anyone else. If you believe your account has been compromised, please contact us immediately.
  • Communicating with you. We use your personal information to provide you with customer support and improve our Services. This is in our legitimate interests in order to be responsive to you, to provide effective services to you, and to maintain our business relationship with you.

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Contact us at mvpsgear@gmail.com to start your return. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
